This program is designed to help create a stronger volleyball player. the program will focus on the area a volleyball athlete will need. The main areas targeted are legs, shoulders, and the ability to jump. The program is laid out over 12 weeks but feel free to repeat a week if needed. Don't rush the process because adding to much load to a weak movement pattern can result in injury. You will have all my contact information for any movements you can not find, along with modifying anything if needed.
