This program is designed to introduce movements to a beginner athlete or an athlete that has not lifted in some time.  The First 2 weeks will utilize a method of lifting that will allow the athlete to hit a wide range of movements. The middle lift day will challenge the athlete's ability to coordinate opposite sides of the body at the same time.

 After the initial 2 weeks, you will get into a more conventional lifting style.  Again this program's aim is to introduce or reintroduce the weight room so movements are to be done lightweight and progress from there.

Allow the athlete to become competent in the movements before adding more weight.  Adding weight to a bad movement will increase the chance of injury.

 If the athlete is moving well, feel free to add some weight or add a few extra reps into the program.

 Make sure the athlete is cleared by medical professionals for lifting and/or any other physical activity.
